1298 Feedham

1298 Feedham was the first of three homes we built at the intersection of Wilmot avenue and Feedham avenue. This was a pie-shape lot with huge street frontage, but not a very deep backyard.

The finished home featured a side entry style double garage with a huge (partially) covered deck above it. A dramatic curved stairway led from the entry up to the main level of the home. Extensive yard works allowed for a very private backyard as well as usable sideyard.
