At Outback Developments we focus on building environmentally conscious but affordable homes. We feel that there are significant energy and cost savings that can be designed into a home without breaking the bank. All our homes are Energuide (r) rated at 80 or higher.
To achieve this rating we use the latest construction technologies, rigorous quality control and sensible building design. With proper planning, cooperation with our sub-trades and ongoing professional education we are continuously raising the bar on "practical green" construction. We follow many of the techniques used by Canadian Home Builder's Association "Green Building" methods and we have taken the Certified Energy Advisor for New Homes course offered through CHBC.

Since 2003 Outback Developments has been bringing these skills to all our home projects. We believe that a completed project doesn’t end with a Final Occupancy Certificate. Buying a home from Outback Developments includes a deep commitment to ensuring every part of the home meets your expectations. We take great pride in what we’ve built and remain there to answer any questions, address any issues that may arise and ensure you enjoy living in your new home as much as we enjoyed building it. While most builders offer a legislated warranty, our commitment goes well beyond that. With long established relationships with our sub-trades we know their work will be supported long after the job has been completed.
