1846 Carnegie was the last of the five (in a row) building lots that we built-out on Carnoustie/Carnegie. The developer's design concept called for a walk-up plan, but with some creative earthworks we chose a walk-out rancher design, with access from Carnegie street instead of Carnegie. The corner lot begged for something special on the landscaping from and our crew delivered in spades.
