1271 Feedham was the last of 7 homes that we built at the intersection of Feedham Ave. and Wilmot. By now we were fully committed to building our foundations with energy efficient ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) basements. In addition to provide excellent energy efficiency, 6" ICF used 25% less concrete than conventional strip forms.
